Hi,

I registered some time ago, but it took me a year (?) to get to post for the first time.

I am male, in my mid 30-s, not sure if I have autism or asperger, but over the last few years I noticed
that it gets more and more difficult to communicate with other people...

I hope I find some help here and might be of help to someone else.

I think I can relate to your increasing difficulties with communications. My experience has been that I spent the first 2/3 of my life learning how to communicate with others. But then as I age I find it more and more difficult to apply those learnings.

Hi, I am in my mid thirties also. I have found it very hard finding adults on the spectrum to talk to. it is really nice to meet you, hope to hear more from you
