Hi all! I'm a new user here. Sean, 15. Found this place a while ago, and after reading through some posts it seemed like a good place to be, as well as a place to get some answers. Well, hopefully. I tend to be a very forgetful person, so I may disappear off the face of the earth. Temporarily. Or not. Anyways, I look forward to meeting y'all!

I'm very forgetful also, I always forget things that I probably should remember like homework if I don't find it interesting, passwords as they're very complexed and varied, birthdays (no excuse there) etc.

Anyways, welcome to the forum, I'm relatively new here too, it'd be nice to hear from you.

And yea, I've forgotten many important things before. I usually do end up writing things down, or sending myself a text(This seems to work better most of the time)

I had no idea, so I looked it up. It's a slogan made to promote small business, by the Austin Independent Business Alliance. I always thought it was political or something civil rights related, but it's still kinda cool.

Is Austin a Music Town? I used to watch a music show from there. Pretty good stuff too. Kind like alternative CW. Anyway that might be part of the reason.

There are definitely a lot of festivals and small little establishments with live music, if that's what you mean. Its very artsy in general though. They have billboard with art on them! (Maybe it's not that unique but its still nothing I've seen before)

I'm 51 and pretty sure I have Asperger's, though never been diagnosed.

Also, I've never met anyone with a worse memory than myself. Birthdays.... I'm the only person I know who once forgot his own!! ! I returned home form work one day to find heaps of mail and wondered why... for a few seconds. lol

I never had a diagnosis but apparently they thought I had it anyways, and I've noticed it now thought I'm more aware of it. (My family confirms it)
