Hello everyone. I'm Riley and I am 29 years old from Ontario,Canada. I was officially diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in February (7 months ago). I am still learning about myself and my Autism but I'm slowly getting there. Unfortunately I do not have any ASD or Asperger's friends in my area except for one and he lives in Toronto. I am looking to create long lasting friendships,possibly a relationship (as in partner/lover etc) and to make friends that are in my area so we would be able to meet up. Also,since I live in a small town,there are not any services for adults who have Autism which is very unfortunate as I would benefit greatly from having those services.

So now a bit more about myself:
I am Genderqueer and Pan-Romantic.
I have 4 cats an a turtle.
Orange Pekoe tea,Dark Roast coffee,Nestea Zero and certain diet pops are my favorite beverages.
I am a foodie.
My favorite shows are Orange is the New Black,Grey's Anatomy,Criminal Minds,Hannibal and American Horror Story.
I am of short stature,4'5 to be exact.
I absolutely love Documentaries,Horror films,psychological Thrillers,Crime Drama's and Lifetime movies.
I am an avid reader and have my own little personal library at home.

This is all I'll say about myself for now as I would love to hear from you.

Hey, I'm new as well and just trying to figure this forum thing out. I'm having some of those small town support issues as well. Good luck!

I'm trying to figure out this forum thing as well. Hopefully you'll be able to find support. I think small towns especially should have support for adults who have Autism or Asperger's. Good luck to you as well!
