I've lurked on the WP forums for a long time. I've only decided today that I would make an account and involve myself with the WP community.

I'll give a good description of myself...

At the time of writing(more like typing) this post, I'm 21. I graduated High School in 2013. It was difficult for me to adjust to making my own schedule rather than have one be given to me. I sometimes wish that I could hit life's reset button and start over so I wouldn't have to deal with all the stress of being an adult(hardly). But due to the laws of physics, that is impossible. So I have to deal with all of the stress and anxiety in stride.

I am a certified firefighter in NJ, but I am not on a fire department at the moment. I want to go to school for aerospace engineering, but that is a bridge that is out of reach until I get to the point where I can traverse said bridge.

In my free time, I play an excessive amount of PC games. Because my interaction skills with people are so poor that I prefer to isolate myself and interact with other PC gamers over the internet.
When I'm not playing any games, I either play roller hockey with a few of my closest friend IRL who i've known since I was a kid, Go rock climbing at my local gym(I always keep to myself when I'm there), Or I workout.

I listen to Punk Rock. Along with a conflaguration of other music genres. Not a lot of rap, and not too much country. Mainly songs with more music and less vocals.

As far as PC Games, A favorite of mine is Kerbal Space Program. ARMA 3 is 2nd, War Thunder is 3rd, and Portal 2 for 4th. Every other game after that is a game that I play every now and then.

I am a trekkie. Q is mischievous, Riker should ditch the beard, Bones yammers far too much, and Spock is not living long or prospering(at least in the main timeline).

At times, my brain can be described as...

"An encyclopedia of information that absolutely nobody desires to know."

Some call it useless information, I say knowledge is power. But duct tape is silver...or pink, yellow, transparent, camouflage, etc.

Ask me a question, and I will do my best to answer.

Pleased to meet you. Your description/bio sure sounds a lot like a traditional Aspie launch trajectory. On the other side, being older, I can think maybe you have a bright future.

I'm not a firefighter, but I am an engineer and have been for a long time. However, I know some people who are firefighters and I know the training to get certified is pretty lengthy. Engineering is a good racket for Aspies. My problem was that it took awhile to get the social confidence to finish school. When I did, I was very competitive in school. Before that, not so much.
