... I think I probably have AS. I am currently looking into getting an assessment. I'm nearly 40, I have 2 kids, I love science fiction, I work with deaf people and special needs, and my hair is usually pink or purple. I am really looking forward to getting to "meet" people here who might understand my wierdness and finding out more about the stuff that's spinning in my head.

Lol! I was looking through old pictures for an avatar and found the screenshot. I played it so much, I ended up with two accounts so I could sidekick myself. My husband and I and a couple of his friends once did a day long session to see how quickly we could get a character from 1 to 50. The answer was about 8 hours. But it all went downhill when everyone just started playing their own made-up missions.

I admit... I had an SS/Fire and made a fire map for her. I think I managed to PL a second character in under 5 hours with that one. I never got around to finishing off her build: she was eventually supposed to have perma-Hasten.

I also had a Fire/Kin, but it was a tanker not a 'troller :)

I have to say, one of my favourite team builds was Earth/TA. Lockdown on three 8-man-sized spawns simultaneously... plus it was fun to throw down Oil Slick and Volcanic Gasses for the ignite :)

Hey welcome.

I miss CoH/CoV too. Stupid game ruining itself. A bunch of us moved to GW2.

Since you're from the UK I really recommend getting a private consultation because you'll find a lot of NHS places mess you around a lot and the waiting lists are ridiculous. I went to the NAS years ago and they were great.

My husband and I did Aeon for a while (sooo pretty) and then we moved to Guildwars but he just couldn't keep up as I leveled too fast, and I ended up soloing most of it. But then the last mission was impossible solo and I got really annoyed and stopped playing.
I am in the process of booking in for a private consultation with in Coventry, the lady there specialises in adult diagnosis and her books on aspergers relationships have good reviews on amazon, so that suggests to me she really knows her stuff.
