Hi! I'm a new member here but I've heard a lot about these forums (and have been lurking a bit) and wanted to talk to similarly minded people. I'm nearly 20 years old, diagnosed with ASD, Bipolar 1 and severe anxiety last year, and am still trying to find my way around life. I feel extremely alienated and anxious around my real life friends and making new ones is even more difficult for me, so I thought maybe talking to other people who understand the way my brain works would help lessen the feelings of isolation I have. Sorry if I'm not the greatest conversationalist, but I'll try my best to contribute to the forums in a positive way. Also, it's a been a while since I've posted on actual forums so I apologize in advance for any mistakes I might make with formatting and replying and such.

I'm a little boring, haha. I'm a biology student and a musician. I also raise arachnids and insects!

What do you play? I played a violin and piano for a good bit but ultimately dropped them both to learn how to play guitar. Guess I can't hold my interests for long :/

What kind of insects do you raise?

That's cool! And it's alright, music can be hard to stick to and it's fun to try different things. It's one of my special interests though so it's probably the only thing I've ever done consistently lol.
I play 9 instruments but my main things are piano and banjo. I also sing.

I currently have tarantulas and one praying mantis but when I have more space, I'm also going to be raising millipedes, scorpions, large moths, and beetles.
