Hi everyone, I used to be a member on this forum some years ago. I left due to not relating to my diagnosis a few years after I received it. I have decided to return.

Oh about me, almost 30, dx'd around a decade ago. Definitely not NT, but not really sure what I am.

I don't know you from before, but I still will say welcome back.

I am in the same situation, I don't exactly relate to my diagnosis, and also know I'm not NT.

It's also why I don't tell people I have ASD, not because I'm afraid of what they'll think, but because I don't want to give people an incorrect impression of what the majority on the spectrum are like.

So what am I? It's a question to which I will likely never actually know the answer to. For now, I'll just say I am who I am.

Would it maybe help to think of yourself as Spectrum-friendly or Spectrum-light?
