Not learn a quirk.... When you find out about a quirk .... People told me I am quirky.... And they told me a list of things they find odd about me.

So many of these are what I do all the time!

And which annoy people.

I have been judged guilty of not knowing when people are not interested in the topic that I am talking to them about and when to stop the conversation.

My old research adviser hated our meetings as I would literally dump too much information about my research project results on him at one time. I wanted to get my work done so that I could do more research as a never ending cycle. Most grad students simply do not do this. They have a point that they stop working for the week.

My research group members in grad school said I made them look bad because I was doing so much more work then them. They accused me of not having a life. That is not true, I was spending my time doing what I wanted to do: scientific research.
