Hello,
In the middle of last year i was officially diagnosed with ADHD and ASD.
Most of my life never made much sense until i received my diagnosis, i am still struggling with it, but i want to learn more about it and more about me so i joined this forum to be able to get a handle on this new normal.

heya - another Australian!
There seems to be a goodly amount of us Aussies here.
Oddly enough, I've never seen anyone set location to New Zealand.

Welcome, Dolingen. Somehow, I'm not diagnosed ADHD in addition to my existing ASD diagnosis. Certainly, there are enough people on this board that feel as you do, so feel comfortable here.
