Thank you!

Yesterday was a bad day; here's what I wrote the pdoc:
I put my 23&me data in Promethease, and I have even more genes for autism than for bipolar!
I feel no relief, maybe first stages of grief, denial and shock, but i'm already in grief mode (my cat died), so how would I know? I'm defaulting to feeling nothing about it.

pdoc to me: Oh, that's OK, you're stressed, etc., etc.

Me to her: OK, so it's common to have increased depression rather than a positive catharsis based on finally having the ability to find clarity in one's life?

pdoc: ___

Me to me: Today is better, but it could be my meds.

I'm sorry your cat died. That's rough.

Congrats on your answer.

The couch and I became very acquainted after diagnosis. It was depression, and it passed.

Good luck to you, Aspi.

Thank you. My cats were my life. I'm glad it passed for you.
