I totally aggree. Those are the NTs I mean. Some of them are nice, they just have their NT way of thinking. Please PM me. I don't know when I'll be in this topic again.

I agree that we need people proud to be autistic. I used to be "friends" with an aspie, and it was good to be with him. He could focus on interesting and insightful conversation right away instead of losing time and energy doing small talk or trying to guess my emotional state.
However, once he made a few more friends, he started trying to be like them. I think your "EEWWEEEEY" is just the right word to describe how ridiculous he is now. Now everytime I talk to him, he starts reciting common small talk "catchphrases" instead of delving into philosophy matters like before. Sometimes he seems desperate to make eye contact (and physical contact, eww) with me. Since he read a book about body language, he's constantly trying to find meanings in my gestures and positions, and getting them all wrong. I could go on forever. To make a long story short, I think he's wasting his bright mind.
Don't get me wrong, I like some NTs who act completely NT, and I like some autistics as long as they don't try to disguise their autistic personality. But seeing an autistic trying to imitate NT behaviours is completely disgusting to me.
I'm not sure of what you mean by "the NT way of thinking"; the NTs I know and appreciate have completely unique ways of thinking. I guess you're referring to those NTs that are shallow, stubborn, hypersocial, and who are afraid of differences and uniqueness.
