Hey ho!

My name is Edgar, I'm 24 years old and I use he/they pronouns please

Well let's start why Im here:
I dont really have an autism diagnosis yet I suspect I might be on the spectrum after a few tests, many questions if I have ASD, and some self-reflection with research. But I am/was diagnosed with schizoaffective psychosis, a personality disorder and PTSD so I am still some sort of neurodivergent.
The problem I have with diagnosis is that I changed my psychiatrist 3 times in three years, some diagnosis were made by pretty mean people I regret talking to, and that some diagnosis arent written down but only told so that is confusing. Now I have a new but kind psychiatrist I see every few months. We only saw each other once so I am not expecting much yet but I will talk to him about my concerns (and hopefully get soon a diagnosis that fits, feels right and is officially offical).

So I am asking if I might be allowed to use the same words as diagnoised people? Is self-diagnosis okay for now until I have something official (i will ofc mention that its not official)?

It must be! Look at the pull-down in your profile to select a diagnosis. It lists:
<=>- Have Aspergers - Diagnosed
<=>- Have Aspergers - Undiagnosed
<=>- Not sure if I have it or not
<=>- Family member with Aspergers
<=>- Other autism spectrum disorder
<=>- Neurotypical

Where things get confusing is that, according to the WP landing page, that list is incomplete. The profile pull-down doesn't cover all types of neurodiversity...but they're still part of the target population for WP.
