Hi,
I joined Wrong Planet a couple of days ago and have been hiding in the corner watching until now. I was diagnosed with autism when I was five but have never really connected with other NDs. But I have always had trouble connecting with NTs so this seemed like the logical place to go.
I feel like I've had kind of an unusual experience for autistic people because everyone has always been very nice to me, no one has bullied me or anything, but also no one wants to be friends with me either. (Although some people act nice while really they're being jerks.)
My interests include writing long rambling stories with no plot, taking pictures of lamps, and finding ways to insert the phrase "utterly absurd" into conversation.
Also I apologize if my writing style is weirdly formal, I've never used an online forum before.

welcome! glad you found us. Lots of good folks with interests and insights to share, I take pictures of rocks and fossils for enjoyment. (and sometimes landscapes and nature scenes) . Hope you find what you need, if not, just ask. Somebody will most likely have good answers.
