^To link to an image in a dropbox folder you have to jump through a couple of hoops.

First, you can't just copy the URL from the browser. You have to open the image in your dropbox, go to Share and generate a share link.

Copy that and use it with the IMG tags. It probably still won't work at his point because you'll have a &dl=0 at the end of the link - that means it's trying to link you to dropbox. Instead you want the image to render in the browser so delete &dl=0 and replace it with &raw=1

Example (try quoting my post if you want to see the code)

Doesn't work because it has the dl=0 extension

Should work because it's forced to render in the browser. I can see it, at least. Let me know if you can.

There are a range of push-buttons to copy various types of embedding code for each image displayed, including WP's BBCode [image] tags.
Easy peasy.
