Miss a little, miss a lot topic

Dear Lemon: You posted a video about BenX. I watched it and was going to tell others. Then my computer crashed. I fixed it and was going to post but then i had to go shopping. :x When I got back Sinsboldly got the word out about this movie. Then today I logged on here and found a whole bunch pff stuff about AFF and then your post that you quoted me and said you did not know what I meant so I am writing back to tell you what I meant! :o Whew.

Comprende? :D Thank you for posting the video. :)

i understand it but can't find the post you are talking about
i have it hard sometimes if many topics are on at the same time,
then i swim in the words ...

"look there is another lemon swimming and stimming in the 'word ocean' "

AH! so Lemon, dear madame, you now know how I feel when I view your artwork. I am swimming and stimming in your 'visual ocean!'

AFF have been around for a while. I used to bounce in there now and then, a couple of years (maybe longer?) ago. But there was too much drama, too much angst. I have enough of that IRL, so I kindof quit going there.

Do sometimes still pop in on the IRC channel there, though. Not often.

I was banned on AFF way back in 2006. They couldn't take my take on life.

For those of you who are used to living in an aspie type household. I have a secret to share- a household of aspies is exhausting. Two boys have to share stragegies for hours when they are playing Age of Empires, and Ubby3 has to report to me every so often about the latest development. Youngest Liam has long monologues too and HAS to go to the beach NOW!

Helen is changing to aspie before my eyes. SHe has a perseveration at the moment - making alternate movies for U tube to reply to a certain group - a powerful lobby group that SPEAKS for others. Or she is in frenetic activity riding bikes with the boys, rowing with the boys, swimming with the boys .

I have 3 sons but have gained a daughter this holiday .... my mother! Can't she just entertain herself??

Excuse me ma'am, mister! May I interrupt your BORING conversation. Helen and I have joined Aspies For Freedom. We saw your thread there, morning_after. It was excellent, on how aspies are relaxed and social in aspie support meetups.

Well, maybe I could come up with a few more ideas of how people should act from the 50's and 60's

How do you think it compares to the trolls and bullies on the imdb?

Got an invitation to Easter dinner, from a woman in my social group. I remembered three things: That she smokes, that she has two or three huge dogs, and that she likes to fill the house with people. I declined. I am actually learning to respect my limitations. My first impulse was to accept, grateful that people liked me and wanted me around. But I knew that I would regret it within 10 minutes of arriving there. Sensory overload just waiting to happen!
