I had a weird experience. My smoke alarm started making these cheeping noises, at 4:00 a.m, for two days in a row. I thought the battery must be dying, but why only show it at that hour? Worse, it continued for about three hours each time, disrupting my sleep horribly, and scaring my cat. There wouldn't be any further noise from it, for the entire day, either. In my experience, usually if a battery is dying on a smoke detector, it does that cheeping noise all day, until you do something about it. I called the manufacturer and they said that it was weird, too. So, I had to overcome my extreme discomfort with having people invade my space, and ask a neighbor to change the battery for me. (I'm too short to reach it, even on the step-stool.)

Actually, I did hit it with the broom a few times. Someone had said that there might be a bug in there, running around. But it just continued it's demented beeping. I'll see if it does it again, tonight. If it does, I will know for sure that it is possessed! :twisted:

Just one minor correction to the video, Smelena - "Fight For Your Right" is by the Beastie Boys, not Run-DMC (which is why the second verse has the lines, "Your mom busts in and says, 'What's that noise?'/Ah, Ma, you're just jealous, it's the Beastie Boys! (Busted!)").

Other than that, I really liked the video.

I love this woman! She is my new role model. Please take the time to watch this video, it's about the issue of diagnosis. And she has made many other you tube's about many other issues of Aspergers.

The "&feature=related" bit, and anything else like that, can be left off... which isn't the problem...

I've just updated the FAQ... it's that pesky "au." at the front.

Everyone knows that Australia is a figment of the imagination of some insane person called smelly,nyah,nyah!

Treat "Australia" properly, and delete it. Then the video link will work properly.
