Okay, assuming you're using Windows, go to the image and right click it, and click on "Copy Image Location". Then go over to the post a reply screen and paste it in. Then, put [img]at%20the%20beginning%20and[/img] at the end. They're not case-sensitive.

Alternatively, you can use the Image button on the post toolbar:

Paste the URL in the box that shows.
