that sounds great to me. as for intelligent people: i dont think its about the challenge, its just wonderful to have someone to talk to who makes you believe through their actions and words that between their ears, there is as much happening as is between your ears.

Yah, I guess so. I think I tend not to bother much with people who I don't see as equals. I mean I'm not saying I won't talk to people who aren't academic, but they have to have something special about them to keep my interest.
NB. Not meaning to go into anything fascist here, whether someone is an equal or not is judged by subjective means according to what the individual person's values are. Mine are things like intelligence and creativity, whereas most NTs probably care more about social aspects...
