I started with brown, then purple at the end of my school years. Then I dyed it bright red, kept that for a few years. I then dyed my hair black (big mistake). What colour is your hair? Sometimes it's fun to to experiment and make little changes
If you go blonde, go to a professional if you can or atleast do the research. There are certain apps you can download to see what you look like with different hair colours too

If you have dark eyebrows, it would go really well with blonde hair. I've always made my eyebrows a lot darker than they are
If I'm ever unsure, I always google pictures of random people to see what it looks like
