Favorite subjects: Media, ICT (when i was doing it)

Year/Grade: Year 12 (first year of 6th form/college, although if I hadn't failed last year I would be year 13)

Favorite music: Anything from soft acoustics to heavy-ish metal

Books: Just autobiographies of my favourite celebs, like Jenson Button, Chris Moyles etc.

TV shows/Movies: The Simpsons, Heroes, Simpsons Movie, Team America: World Police

Instrument: My voice (I'm a singer for a band. Unfortunately, we haven't got to actually producing any music yet.)

When were you diagnosed?: Not been. Not sure I'm an Aspie but signs are certainly pointing in that direction.

Books: Um. Yeah. My Facebook virtual bookshelf has 170 on there and I'm nowhere near. I read a book every 3 days or so (fiction) and usually have a non-fiction on the go too. I'm an addict to knowledge and words. I kinda learnt most of my vocab from them but anyway...

TV shows/Movies: Heroes! West Wing, Strictly Come Dancing, X Factor, Sky at Night, documentaries, Top Gear, Long Way Down at the moment.

Do you like sports? Solo ones, like climbing and traction kiting, absolutely.

Family: Mum's Aspie, dad's schizophrenic, sister is a member of the Lib Dems and a campaigner. Sadly, this kinda sums it up.

Why are you here? To talk to people who have faced similar problems, and to talk in general. I'll talk to most people.

When were you diagnosed?(skip if you don't have a disorder): Officially undiagnosed, but I accepted that I had most of the symptoms in August 2006.

Favorite subjects: History, Biology, Military, Science in general, and lots of other things.

Year/Grade: 13th, Sixth Form College.

Favorite music: So many. I generally prefer music without lyrics, and a nice tune. If it has lyrics, it has to be heavy/death metal or good rock.

Books: Science fiction, fantasy, non-fiction.

Currently reading Pandora's Star/Commonwealth Saga.

TV shows/Movies:

The X-files, Stargate, Futurama, but I only watch the X-Files one hour a day now, and other shows if I'm feeling bored.

So many movies, anything good.

Do you like sports? Depends. Generally, I don't get involved with them.

Delays, Mew, Feist, Spleen United, moi Caprice, Carla Bruni, The Secret Machines, Klaxons, We Are Scientists, Golden Section, Shiny Toy Guns, CSS, Death From Above, Marilyn Manson, Shapeshifter, Goldenhorse, Mumm-Ra, Frou Frou/Imogen Heap, Thirteen Senses, Idlewild, and about a million others not coming to mind right now.

Books: Labyrinth (Kate Mosse... not the model); The Prophet (Kahlil Gibran); about a million more. I read constantly, usually 5 on the go at once, so it's hard to think of favourites.

Favorite music: I like some things from every genre. My favorite genres are rock and folk.

Why are you here? I have mild Asperger Disorder, NOS. My brother is a severely low-functioning autistic. Basically all the males (and some females) on my Dad's side of the family seem to fit on the Autism Spectrum, although only my brother and I have actual diagnoses.

Plans for the future? All I really know I want to do is get married and have a family. Everything else I try to plan for the future falls through because my fears tend to paralyze me (that paralyzing fear isn't exactly helping with the marriage and family thing either).

When were you diagnosed?(skip if you don't have a disorder): Never, had a chat with a psychology teacher once about the condition. I'm probably not going to see a doc anytime soon, as this could eventually cost me my job. (severely reliant on medical fitness and as long as AS is seen as a pathological illness I'm not going risk it and it's definitely no hindrance for me at all, it actually makes things easier on the job).

Favourite subjects: physics, maths, chemistry, geography, politics, ethics

Favourite music: no real preference for any style, I could name a few tunes though: Chicane - Saltwater, Handel - Feuerwerksmusik, Eric Serra's and Hans Zimmer's scores!
