Hobbies and Interests: Mostly music, mythology and folklore, hiking and working out. I mentioned in the social forum that I'm into punk rock. I am planning to start lifting weights again next week.
Why are you here? To learn more about Asperger's Syndrome, mostly.
When were you diagnosed?(skip if you don't have a disorder): This November.
Favorite subjects: Hmmm.... literature in translation, math, most sciences, urban planning.
Year/Grade: I have a master's degree.
Favorite music: Mostly various genres of punk and "alternative" rock, with some metal too.
Books: I like reading non-fiction about many different topics... from urban falcons to ship-building.
TV shows/Movies: Lately, I've been watching more anime.
Instrument: I own an electric guitar and amp, and used to be in a band a long time ago.
Do you like sports? Sort of. I'm not into watching football on TV, but I like doing non-team-based sports IRL.
Family: My family lives in a different city; I see them every couple months.
Clothing: The Midwest isn't exactly fashion heaven. I do a lot of thrift shopping because secondhand clothes look better on me than most of what's in style right now. My favorite colors are black, blue and gray. I also like novelty stuff, and own a Hello Kitty change purse and a vegan wallet made out of a bike tire. I really want one of those purses made out of bent license plates, but I can't afford one.

Job: I'm a writer, mostly.
Plans for the future? My main goal is to become a *lot* more physically active than I was during grad school.

my sensory integration disorder / autism is calmed/relaxed/comforted by the following i love soft silky straps and restrainy thingies!(see what i mean at http://bodypoint.com) tight warm things and places, deep pressure, sensory deprivation, being mummy wrapped, extremely tight hugs, blood pressure cuffs, lead aprons, soft latex/PVC thingys

Hobbies and Interests: Drawing, science, theology, mythology, roleplaying (not mmos since I have a tendensy to get addicted to those) and since joining the forum and getting a huge dose of Strapples: Straps...
Why are you here? To share my vast knowledge and logical problemsolving mind with whoever has the courage to ask for help. And If I happen to make some friends along the way, then I can live with that 
When were you diagnosed?(skip if you don't have a disorder): My mother found out when I was seven, she didn't tell me untill I was 16 though.
Favorite subjects: I just love school in general (I'm a neard)
Year/Grade: Danish school system... I'm in 2.g (Although you properly have no idea what that means)
Favorite music: Depends what I try to gain from said music. Relaxation calls for classical. Inspiration calls for a random search of youtube untill I find music.
Books: Hitchikers' Guide to the Galaxy is my all time favorite. But I also really enjoy the danish author Dennis Jürgendsen.
TV shows/Movies: I know every single line from a movie/show after watching it just once. So I try to see something intelligent, something that I wont mind having stuck in my brain fro all eternity.
Instrument: I play the Wenderkazoo (It is an invissible, uncorporal instrument that sound exactly like you are whisteling, from Neverwinter Nights 2)
Do you like sports? I like playing sports just fine, there is nothing more boring though then watching others play sports.
Family: A mother, a father, an older brother and a younger sister.
Clothing: Long pants and t-shirts in all kinds of weather. (Although in Denmark we only have the limited selection of rainy or just clouded)

Job: Best job possibly for a student. I have no hours, but I can have as many as I want.
Plans for the future? I want to be in research. Physics, but not sure of the subgenre yet.
Any comments? I suspect that I have a heroes' complex. I live to help others, and it hurts me physically to see injustice or cruelty. Not the worst trait out there I surpose, having your greatest happiness brought by making others happy.
