Ideally, somewhere out in nature, but realistically somewhere with decent public transportation since I plan to live alone and doubt I'll ever drive. Absolutely something fairly small, enough room for my dog (and two cats I plan on adopting if I get my own place) to run around and play, but not much more, I don't want a bunch of extra space I don't need. Somewhere to put a nice tall enclosure for a frilled lizard and enough space for a decent-sized habitat for a bearded dragon, probably also several fish tanks - but again, not much more space than I need. Big backyard and decent garden would both be pluses, I enjoy gardening (when I actually get the chance, but most of the time our garden's just full of weeds, and every once in a while I clear out the weeds, but then we don't do anything with it and the weeds just grow back) and would love a good amount of space for my dog and me to play in, at least having somewhere to sit outside and seeing some sort of plant life that's in good shape is a must. Probably all one floor because I don't need the space of additional ones. Being near a decent-sized area of some kind of wilderness would also be ideal, but probably not feasible if I'm going to live somewhere I can get public transportation or walk to most places. Can't think of any other details right now that matter that much to me (unless it was something extreme, like a very long set of stairs to the front door or a house painted bright yellow with bright orange polka-dots or something).
