What is your first name? Jasmine.

Age: 19.

Location: London's leafy outer suburbs. Yeah baby.

Hobbies and Interests: The Internet, designing stuff, animals (particularly hamsters, bearded dragons, frogs and bats), watersports, watching comedies, Rik Mayall <3.

Why are you here? Because the name of this website sums up how I've always felt... that this is the wrong planet for me. So when I saw it, I was like "Omigod, other people think that too? I have to check this out!"... and then I joined. How... intrepid of me.

When were you diagnosed?(skip if you don't have a disorder): Early 2008 - too bloody late in my opinion! I was diagnosed with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder and clinical depression, but psychs failed to see the underlying problem of Asperger's Syndrome.

Favorite subjects: Sport, English Language, Law.

Year/Grade: I'm no longer in education. Although I am training to be a Nursery Nurse.

Favorite music: I don't really like a specific genre, just whatever sounds good.

Books: The last book I read was "My Sister's Keeper" by Jodi Picoult. It made me cry, but it was really well-written.

TV shows/Movies: Mock The Week, Have I Got News For You, My Family, Entrapment, The Shawshank Redemption, The Pursuit Of Happiness.

Instrument: I used to play the guitar when I was younger.

Do you like sports? If so, which ones?: I like watching gymnastics and participating in water sports.

Clothing: I'm not into designer clothes - they're made in the same factory as non-branded clothes, so why should we pay triple the price? I like comfy, soft casual stuff. I'm a jeans and T-shirt kinda girl, but I do dress up if I'm going out for the evening.

Job: I've had a few jobs, but left because I couldn't cope. I'm in the process of trying to find another one. Have an interview tomorrow infact.

Plans for the future? To get a Nursery Nurse qualification and continue to work in a nursery. Maybe one day I'll work on a cruise ship, but I'm not sure yet.

Any comments? Nothing much to say. Although I would like this website even more if there was the option of coloured fonts.

Hobbies and Interests: Music, Hockey (thanks to the crazy hockey-addicted family), collecting hockey cards and calenders, writing, reading, paranormal shtuff, sleeping, animals (mainly cats, ducks/birds, wolves/dogs), humming, whistling, tapping, history (particularly wars and their relation to the evolution of flight), TV, using -ly words, movies, drawing/sketching/doodling, questioning everything and everyone.

Year/Grade: In between HS and University/College because Quebec has no grade 12/8 (depending on who you ask ). I don't have my diploma yet, thanks to the required French credits that I failed to get last year...just finished the Adult Ed. French course though, so I should be getting it soon...

Favourite music: I've never been sure how to describe my musical taste. Usually I just say alternative rock, but it definitely isn't limited to that. Right now I'm listening to Rise Against, Die Mannequin, Feist, Flyleaf, The Hives, The Trews, The Beatles, Alexisonfire, Queen, Arcade Fire, Arctic Monkeys, Bedouin Soundclash, Billy Talent....it goes on. =D

Books: Mostly fiction, but I enjoy pretty much everything except for cheap romance novels. xD Right now I'm reading a ginormous book on the history of flight and Ken Follett's The Pillars of the Earth. My favourite book (at the moment) would probably have to be A Complicated Kindness by Miriam Toews.

TV shows/Movies: Fight Club, Orange County, The Bourne Trilogy, Mystery Men, Memento, anything with Jimmy Fallon, Forrest Gump, Saving Private Ryan, Children of Men, Shaun of the Dead, etc. Heroes, Jericho, Dexter, How I Met Your Mother, SNL, House, Pushing Daisies, Wonderfalls, Dead Like Me, Supernatural, Veronica Mars, a lot of other canceled stuff, etc.

Instrument: Just started the guitar a couple of months ago...clarinet, cello, and I can totally rock hot cross buns on the recorder. ^_^

Do you like sports? Yes, but only as a non-participant. Hockey is my life, and curling (that's right) comes as a close second.

Family: Evil Dad (who I suspect has Asperger's to some degree), Mom that keeps me sane and drives me crazy at the same time, a 16 year-old brother who only talks to me when he wants something...and an overbearing extended family on my dad's side.

Clothing: Mostly all dark, loose-fitting stuff. Bright clothes make me feel sick and exposed for some reason, same thing with tight stuff. I hate jeans and haven't owned a single pair since I was...8? I also seem to have a thing for pants with lots of pockets that I never use (cargos, but not really...? I <3 O'Neil, some stuff from West 49), hoodies/sweatshirts, and I won't wear any kind of shoe except for teh awesome Vans shoes. Recently allowed myself to buy a pair of DC buggers, though. Despite all that I'm not a...'skater' or anything.

Job: Farm hand...if that's what they call it. I feed, clean, move stuff. Not allowed to drive the giant squish-me-like-a-bug tractor yet. >_<
