When were you diagnosed?(skip if you don't have a disorder): In the 9th grade, when I was 14 years old.
Favorite subjects: English and math
Year/Grade: I'm a junior in college.
Favorite music: Enya, Broadway Cast Recordings, Disney movie soundtracks, and anything by Julie Andrews, Judy Garland, or Liza Minnelli.
Books: Too many to list, lol. I'm a total bookworm.
TV shows/Movies: "Friends" and "The Simpsons."
Instrument: Piano. My grandmother is actually a professional piano teacher, so that might be why, lol.
Do you like sports? Heck no! I'm a total couch potato, lol.
Family: Two parents (a mother and a father), one younger brother (he's 18 years old), and two cats.
Clothing: Anything that's comfortable. I'm not into fashion at all.
How did you find this website? I forget how I originally found this site. I've known about it for years, but I've just never made an account.
Job: I'm a professional college student, lol. In other words, I'm unemployed.
Plans for the future? After I graduate from college, I want to be some sort of a writer. I don't care whether I'm a reporter for a newspaper, a poet, or an author, I just want to write.

Hobbies and Interests: The Internet, designing stuff, animals (particularly hamsters, bearded dragons, frogs and bats), watersports, watching comedies, Rik Mayall <3.
Why are you here? Because the name of this website sums up how I've always felt... that this is the wrong planet for me. So when I saw it, I was like "Omigod, other people think that too? I have to check this out!"... and then I joined. How... intrepid of me.
When were you diagnosed?(skip if you don't have a disorder): Early 2008 - too bloody late in my opinion! I was diagnosed with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder and clinical depression, but psychs failed to see the underlying problem of Asperger's Syndrome.
Favorite subjects: Sport, English Language, Law.
Year/Grade: I'm no longer in education. Although I am training to be a Nursery Nurse.
Favorite music: I don't really like a specific genre, just whatever sounds good.
Books: The last book I read was "My Sister's Keeper" by Jodi Picoult. It made me cry, but it was really well-written.
TV shows/Movies: Mock The Week, Have I Got News For You, My Family, Entrapment, The Shawshank Redemption, The Pursuit Of Happiness.
Instrument: I used to play the guitar when I was younger.
Do you like sports? If so, which ones?: I like watching gymnastics and participating in water sports.
Family: Mum, Dad and brother.
Clothing: I'm not into designer clothes - they're made in the same factory as non-branded clothes, so why should we pay triple the price? I like comfy, soft casual stuff. I'm a jeans and T-shirt kinda girl, but I do dress up if I'm going out for the evening.
How did you find this website? The power of Google.
Job: I've had a few jobs, but left because I couldn't cope. I'm in the process of trying to find another one. Have an interview tomorrow infact.
Plans for the future? To get a Nursery Nurse qualification and continue to work in a nursery. Maybe one day I'll work on a cruise ship, but I'm not sure yet.
Any comments? Nothing much to say. Although I would like this website even more if there was the option of coloured fonts.

heh, been here for a while, and still havent made time to do this until now (IE: Im just one lazy person :p)

Favorite subjects: not in school anymore, but i remember liking science, history (ancient history namely), art, and music
Year/Grade: class of 2006 >_>
Favorite music: it varies, but i definately am a metal head, but i am also a big fan of J-POP
Books: Lord of the rings, Dragonlance, star wars related stuff, the inheritance trilogy. Im a sci-fi/fantasy kind of guy.
TV shows/Movies: Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (The most epic anime there is). Stargate SG-1, Monty python stuff in general, Rocky horrow picture show. The Simpsons, Family Guy, O brother where art thou.
Instrument: Guitar, both electric and acoustic
Do you like sports? not really. Used to play basketball and bowling in a league when i was younger.
Clothing: Casual wear = T-Shirt and jeans, sometimes wearing a hoody as well (winter months)
but thats just what i mostly wear.

Why are you here? My ship landed a few hours ago and I'm still trying to find the leader. Good thing, because my last planet was a real drag! Seriously, though, I've been fighting with being an Aspie for about a year --- and I think I'm lately getting so fed up with NT ignorant complacencies and expectations, especially the expectation that everyone magically "communes" with some singular human experience, and the lying and truth distortion committed in their daily lives, I needed to be a member of some place where these things were *not* the norm.
When were you diagnosed?(skip if you don't have a disorder): I'm not disordered, thanks. I'm different from the neurological majority. In some contexts in comparison to me, *they* are disordered. It's relative.
Favorite subjects: Ugh, lots. But my favorites? Philosophy, physics, music.
Year/Grade: Working, graduated with an MA in 2007.
Favorite music: Lots! Mozart, Frou Frou, Fiona Apple, Live, George Winston, Muse, Emiliana Torrini, Kate Havnevik, Seals & Crofts, Genesis, the Beatles, Puccini, Sarah Brightman, Nightwish, Tarja, Sublime.

Age: nearly 39, but then I wish I was 21 again

Hobbies and Interests: Running internet radio station, swimming, reading, internet, astronomy (solar system, NASA, and early manned space flights), drawing / painting / art, graphic designing, writing my own novels, and listing to lots, lots, lots of music. Also love early 80's video gaming.
Why are you here? Diagnosed with Autism, then aspergers in early seventies, and hope to share some of my life experiences to help others
When were you diagnosed?(skip if you don't have a disorder): Autism 1971, Asperger's 1976
Favorite subjects: I love talking and sharing ideas with others.
Year/Grade: At present, Music Business Course.
Favorite music: top 40 music from the early seventies, through to the nineties. I am totally addicted to eighties music, give me a week, and I will run you off the top ten hits from that actual week.
Books: I have no favourites, but I tend to read all my stuff through text to voice programs, as I'm vision impaired. I generally read newspapers, biographies, documentary books-non fiction and so on.
TV shows/Movies: I confess...... Knight Rider, I own the entire DVD series, and Battlestar Galactica. I love any police video shows like Worlds Wildest Videos and so on. My favourite movies would be the musical kind, like Flashdance, Footloose, Xanadu, but my all time favourite would be the earlier Star Wars Trilogy.
Instrument: Mucking about with Cubase, Reason and a Keyboard, I have several hours at these things, but I never actually finished a tune..... all those sound banks, drum kits, instruments....... I'm just like a kid in a lolly shop. I would have to call it more of a hobby of distraction. I seem to get much joy with just tinkering around with it.
Do you like sports? Swimming.
Family: Youngest out of four brothers, and parents that I avoid as much as possible.
Clothing: loose track-suits during winters, light loose shorts and shirts during summer. I hate work clothing, feels like I'm always being strangled at the waste.
How did you find this website? Told about it by South Sydney Asperger's Support Service.
Job: After twenty years of courses, and work experiences, I'm still looking, Asperger's is still somewhat of a mystery to Australian Employers 
Plans for the future? Like to work in record label, running my own division, something like Rhino Records in America.
