And if you sing it while ordering a Turbo stair lift (so fast, it gets you upstairs before you forget why you wanted to go there) you get a discount. If someone here offers to speed up the machine a little more with booster rockets and duct tape, politely decline. Then run. Or totter, if you have reached my level of creakiness.

Well, great, you went and warned them off. Now what am I supposed to do with all these booster rockets and this duct tape?

give them to postie, he always has uses

Welcome. And that looks like "The Doctor" in your avatar there....

Thankyou & you're quite right, as your own avatar would suggest.

Chosen for it's DT retro-gizmo appeal, i've found similar items clearing out old departments at work. Sadly no Timey Wimey detectors though.

You have a scarily large number of posts to your name, it must be a good community if you have stuck around to notch up that total. I'm enjoying reading the threads and there are some quite interesting bits of information, so learning a lot too. Thankfully my brain is also bigger on the inside...

That's what scares me...

Fix them to the Zimmer frames, of course. You get a much better thrust to weight ratio, and that gives you better acceleration and a higher orbit. You keep telling me that Connery is the only true Bond, but if he is to continue in Her Majesty's Service, he needs gadgets appropriate to his age. So get to it, M. Didn't you have plans for a nuclear powered hot water bottle? And reading glasses that enhance a withering stare?

Somehow reading seed, garden, cycling catalogs makes spring come faster.....

So does finishing knitted hats and mittens.... A Chinook wind kicked up the day I finished them and it's been above 0C for the past week. 8)

Good 'cause I had used up my used uses and now I can, I can.... :? , well I dunno what I can, yet, but I can, cause I know I can. Gonna can Maple Syrup come spring, but spring ain't sprung. 8O Need a spring what ain't been sprung. Wouldn't happen to have a spring in there? Never mind, let's take something (or somebody) apart, always get extra "uses" outta that,or them, accordingly. Wow, haven't had an accordingly in a long time. I am so excited

I've been collecting the motors of all the things that have been breaking in the house in the house lately to give to the grandsons to dissemble. They get so excited that they actually get to take something Apart!! !
