Hi guys, Brought some chocolate mint tea from my garden, won't keep you up, but will make you feel relaxed and fresh. Hope you are better, Hartz. Have a seat on this comfy sofa and try a walnut and choc chunk cookie.

Hi, blueper! Ummm thanks for that cookie. My favorite! Still very tired, since my sleep schedule got thrown off by napping yesterday. :(

I have been on Dextro-Methamphetamine 15 for about three years now. I don't take it every day, but it does focus me and I can sleep on it. It has helped me keep a job I grow very weary of, however I am quite good in what I do and I take comfort in that.

I have a cup of homemade latte in the AM before the extended release of the Dexedrine takes hold of me. I can't drink caffeinated drinks after 11AM or I will never get to sleep, though. I love Earl Gray and get the "double bergamot" for maximum flavor. The Lady Gray blend with more citrus just never floats my boat.

I'm supposed to be starting on Lyrica, but I am afraid of it, as I am most drugs, having had many unpleasant experiences with side effects.

I also like Earl Gray tea!

Earl Grey and Lady Grey always welcome in my kitchen, too! Also have Bergamot in my garden, humming birds and I love its fragrance. I'll bring some for the tables. Any chai with no sugar fans here?

Ah! The rains have begun and I can sit back and watch the skies water my garden. Hmm, the chickens will likely think that means they can quit work too.

Finally caught up on my sleep, and back to my usual level of fatigue. Sipping green tea right now. And procrastinating about getting the laundry done.

glad to hear it, hartz, I mean, you meant you feel better, right? green tea is so good - it seems to be able to both calm and energize me. :) hope the laundry took care of itself.

My mother used to say that I was her little Britisher when I was a child. Must be a reincarnation thing, or something. 8)

and I was constantly taken for a little English girl my Kansan parents (who frankly had only been to Colorado, Oklahoma and once to Nebraska) had adopted. There are a few articles I have read that list the reasons some children have 'foreign' accents when growing up. Something to do with their speech processing neurons or something - they really don't try to speak that way, it just sounds like it.

I am certain a Google search will turn something up about it.

My daughter visited briefly, mostly she visited with her friends, which is good. I made my chicken vegetable soup and chocolate walnut cookies ( coincidence there). To recover, I read 'Chocolat' again. Ahhh, Vianne and her chocolaterie - dark chocolate and lightened hearts.
