Reading the whole thread sounds a bit like Wuthering Heights, you joined, then disappeared for 4 years and returned with success, reads as if something exciting happened in the interim like you spent the whole time battling with psychiatrists in order to get your analysis and can now return to us to claim a rightful place on WP.
How did you go about getting your diagnosis? I was seeing a Psychiatrist about Reactive attachment disorder and when I mentioned I showed many symptoms of Aspergers, he simply dismissed any further discussion by saying, "We all have a bit of Aspergers in us", so I would be quite interested as I reside in the same wet and dismal lands as yourself.
