British? Undiagnosed/awaiting diagnosis? Please respond!
The best diagnosis template is a copy of the DSM IV. Not the summary, the big expensive book, which most psychiatric clinics have. Maybe, as it seems that it is published in the U.S. it is frowned on in the U.K., but it's pretty specific, detailed, illustrated with case histories, and so on. I don't think it's generally available to the public (the summary is), but it's probably worth getting a DX.....not that it solves anything, but it can make you feel a little better. Then again, you are who you are, and why should you feel bad about yourself in the first place?
