Alternatively "Marty pants" :P

(I think we'd better vacate this members intro thread or the moderators will be after us for hijacking it! )

But you're the mod, should you be after yourself as well? perhaps you should spank yourself and give yourself a warning, too.

In anyway, welcome Lefebvre! :D make yourself at home and beware of the spanking mods - they're after your arse. 8O

I reckon we should do some mischief or at least get ourselves inflamed from time to time.

Because the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster is unashamedly a pseudo-religion in every sense of the term. There's nothing to attack!

But you do make good pasta...

I am VERY disappointed in this site: when you don't have mainstream views here, you are not accepted.

What exactly do you mean by mainstream? Christianity, for instance, is considered mainstream in much of western society, but if you express Christian views over in the PPR forum, be ready to have those views challenged.

On the other hand, my own views on faith do not precisely conform to the mainstream. But I'm not less accepted because of one or two divergent views. People on this sight from my experience do tend to be skeptical about a number of things in general and don't blindly accept things without some kind of support for those views. Don't think that it's a reflection on you personally. Think of it more as "quality control."

Tell you what: This is the "Getting to know each other" section, and to be honest it's not really the right place for an in-depth discussion on religion or belief/anti-belief systems. If you want to discuss/debate your religious sentiments, check out the PPR forum.

You have alternatives to this constant complaining: (1) Stop complaining; (2) Stop posting; (3) Conform; or (4) Leave.

I like it here. Not everyone agrees with me, or even likes me, but I get to say what I have to say, and as long as I keep my posts relevant, on topic, and free from personal attacks, I'm welcome here. But the moment I start posting irrelevant topics, starting threads in unrelated forums, or making attack against a person who posts something that I don't like (instead of attacking what they posted), I become just one more Personna Non Grata (look it up), the first step toward being banned.

Learn the rules and customs, get your facts straight, and conform, kid; conform.

Geez, Fnord. From that last statement I'm wondering if you have Nazi SS uniforms you can let us borrow!

THIS is the kind of personal attack that makes people unpopular:

Because they have enough internal sectarian conflict between those cheesy Alfredoites and the hard-boiled Marinarins.
