Hello. Thanks everyone for the welcomes. It sure is nice to be here in this community. Sounds corny I know, but it feels good to be accepted as I am.
I was suprised to see a lot of people like me in Minnesota. I was born in Ill. though and moved to MN about 16 years ago. I was hoping to start a new life in MN and leave the "crummy" times of my past behind me. I was still known as the quiet, rude one, but people seemed to accept me better here.
Once I got out into the job market I found that I don't do well in customer relations. Not only do I not say much, I also would get so irritated by people that I have told customers to "get out". I thought about saying it zillions of times, but unfortunately, it slipped out once in awhile. For some reason the customers I said it to never complained to my boss. If they had I would've been fired on the spot.
