I used to play paintball when I was a kid. Everyone I played paintball with had their own "callsign", and "Headhunter" was mine, simply because I had a bad habit of getting shot in the face, no matter how unlikely the shot was. Through a V in a tree, through a bunker, through a tree stand fort. Chances are, if I got shot, it was in the face. I started using it as an online handle when I got my first email address, and I've used it ever since.

The 228 part is just there because I needed some numbers. I wanted to go with just 22 (2 is my lucky number), but it was taken. So, I just hit a random number, and the rest is history.

I was thinking what unique username could I come up with and I remembered that I have told more people that I am gay than I have aspergers haha. So I came up with the username closetASguy. Sounds American but I'm British and live in Bristol.

I thought of a noun, thought of an adjective, and put them together. Bam. I filtered out any words that weren't good in my opinion and it kind of just happened.

I like falcons, I like the detective Falco from Lindsey Davies's historical novels about an informer (detective to us) under Vespasian. Recommend! I also like the god Horus. I use various usernames involving falcons, Horus etc. Falcons fall like a nemesis and like judgement from the sky. I'm a human not a falcon but feel like a falcon therefore Falconesque

When I was signing up for WrongPlanet, I didn't really have a username in mind, so I just sort of scanned the area around me for something that sounded neat. The first two things that caught my eye were a can of juice and a shave ice stand, which both read "Lillikoi". And hence, Lillikoi became my username.
