Do you mind my asking what make you took. I used to be on Solgar, now I'm on A Vogel. Both from the health food shop.

Course not , it was HRI Good Mood also from a health food shop.

I'm staying away from St John's Wort as I tried it when I was younger and it was not pleasant.

At the moment I am taking Trazadone 300 mg, which I have been on at various doses for several years, and it does help at high dose but the side-effects are quite significant (drowsy, confused, unable to focus etc.). I have tried all of the SSRI and SNRI types over the years but they just seem to make my anxiety worse (or maybe they lift the depression and allow the anxiety to have a clear run, can't be sure anymore). I'm trying to get an appointment for a medication review with a Consultant Psychiatrist but the hospital keep refusing and even the GP is getting fed up with the situation.

The Occupational Health Dr for work has suggested I be given pregabalin but I'm reluctant given my drinking history. I do have diazepam for when I get really worked up but I hate taking it because I don't want to get used to it and end up reliant on it.

Just waiting to hear back from DVLA about my driving licence as they have revoked it on two earlier occasions due to the side-effects, but at least time they are writing to my GP before they revoke.

On the bright side I have been signed off work for another month so I don't have that to worry about right now and can try and get my head around everything else!
