Hi Firgs,
In addition to NT, one you may see sometimes is dx or its past-tense dxd. This means diagnosis or the past-tense diagnosed. BTW is "by the way." The other abbreviations you've probably already figured or will shortly such as AS for Asperger's Syndrome, ADD or ADHD for Attention Deficit Disorder/Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, OCD for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and so on.

I can relate to you about the ADD thing. I have it too and, despite the fact that I'm a good reader with good retention, I have to read very slowly most of the time- very annoying.

Figs--do you live together? if you dont, try living together to see if it can ever work, we were fine until he moved in, after that all problems multiplied by a 1000

Does he think you're being false? The "you vs. me" might be a result of that.

I might be way off track, but that's just my two cents.

Silver - I really hope not. I really do care for him.

Isaura - No we don't live together but our problems do increase every time we spend the night together. :( Is that the problem?

Is there anyone out there that has a successful "NT + AS" love relationship? (meaning non parent/child)

Firgs, i am just saying--when you start living together it goes on the whole different level, sometimes i just want to scream because I feel so empty and lonely with him. He is just in his own world. We have a roommate, it helps, i dont know how it would be if it was just two of us
If you really want to see if it ever works--try living together.
