Acrophobia Better now. Sometimes as a kid I would deliberately climb up and down a ladder until I could do it without the squeezed head feeling and panting with fear.
Generally I like spiders, especially the wolf spiders and the orb weavers with persian carpet patterns on their skeletons, but the black and yellow spiders totally creep me out. Because of them I hate clothing that is black and yellow.

Agoraphobia
Social phobia
Heliophobia (sun- specifically light from the sun)

The latter has sure been fun, growing up in southern California...

Musophobia (something about the naked tails on rats and mice just make me sick)
Really bad fear of learning new physcial things in front of others ie, dancing, backing camper, ice skating...nope, I'll avoid that at any cost. I would rather be naked on a stage than have someone watch me learn something new.

I have a fear of butterflies. I have no idea why. They freak me out.

Unfortunately, The Phobia List doesn't seem to have "fear of butterflies". The best it has is:
Insectophobia - Fear of insects.
or
Mottephobia - Fear of moths.

Maybe it should be called Lepidopteraphobia?

PS. The above would apply to butterflies, skippers and moths... Papiliophobia is probably the one you want.

Is there such thing as phobophobia?
Of course not "We have nothing to fear but fear itself...." -FDR.

Dementophobia , if this includes fear of going insane; yeah it's really stupid and melodramatic. laugh it up.
Dysmorphophobia - 'nuff said
Androphobia - Go figure :?
Arachnophobia - centipedes too
Teniophobia - fear of tapeworms. I haven't eaten sushi since I heard if improperly prepared you can get them 8O

When I was a child I was horribly:
Germophobic
Toxophobic

That's actually about it. Pretty much everything else I'm good with. They're really not much anymore, except maybe the last two.

Flowers. Oh god I despise them. Well, it's not really a phobia, but, it's really horrible to touch them. I always have to go wash my hands for a really long time.

My phobias are nosophobia (illness), lilapsophobia (hurricanes) and hydrophobia (water). I also have agoraphobia, but I'm starting to get over that now. :)
