The Scarecrow, because all that time, he thought he didn't have a brain yet he was smart all along. People who judged me from my quiet exterior mistook me for being dumb but if they took the time to get to know me, they would've found a very intelligent person.

scarecrow...seems the most fitting...
I too believe that his character was misunderstood. And in the absence of providing proof for verification....all the heart remains...

so, in a way.. i can relate most closely with this character.

Also the scarecrow becomes king, and Dorothy misses him the most of all. He also has the best dance sequence in the film. There's a lot to be said for our straw man.

I would like to be one of the Horse of a Different Color horses. That way no one could say anything about what I'm doing minute to minute because it would then be normal.
