Actually it does just in the northern regions of India.

Hmm, you may be right JerryHatake, I don't know exactly where the film takes place. It could very well be the Asian Black Bear, but I think I'm going to stick with the Sloth Bear because it sounds cooler. Plus, I can be extremely lazy sometimes, so it's fitting. :D
