I thought I did pretty good under the circumstances! :D Speed gathering of world news info with an old slow computer in 20 minutes or less! Those poor koalas! 8O No wonder they're becoming extinct. No need for expert research there - geeez, just quit cutting their noses off! Bet that solves the problem! Send all increases in Australian tourist spending to:

Nan: I hope you told the Chinese guy about the World Beard and Moustache Championship.
:D What? You know that's funny! Oh! I know you're laughing.

I had their complete attentions, and I do believe they'll remember my name....

Hi Yall

CC,I would most certaily praised you and your sons avatar art but was computer withdrawing for hours. The dang thing crashed and the only solution was unplugging it and letting the battery run down until it reset itself.

Anyone else have computer problems yesterday(around,2pm central USA time)I was trying to post a new thread and my computer starting clicking, like it was stuck when I pushed submit.I lost my post, lost my computer and nearly lost my mind.
Didnt quit realize the extint of my computer addiction until I sat staring at a screen saying...."Windows is shutting down" and NOT doing so.On the up side,it did get me to leave the house and get my car in for repair and pick up my meds.(Perhaps it was a holy intervention?)

I hope our lost members return to explain.Computer moron here,so cant offer any suggestions as to what could be going on,sure sounds odd.

I am going to try again to post my lost thread.I HATE to have to rewrite things I have already struggled to write  I will sticky it in the "adult aspergers section"and hope for some input. from those here.

Sorry you had computer problems yesterday Krex. There were a lot of delays when I posted, just prior to falling asleep.
None today like yesterday. Don't know if there is a connection between those events. My sleeping knocking out your computer. If so - I extend my most heartfelt apologies. :)

Thank you! :D I didn't notice it until just a moment ago myself. I chose the title "Caretaker of the Imaginary Museum".
That's the one in my head that I've been caretaker of all my life. I can be the caretaker here as well. :D

I've been having all sorts of problems with our computers, too. And the one that bit the dust last night has never seen this site.

(I lost a post yesterday that took an hour and a half to write! I wonder where they end up? 8O  )

Well, if it's anything like our email system here at work, it'll gurgle around in the ether for about six months, then pop up on someone's "inbox" as a new message. Probably not yours, either!
