Oh, having presentations in India, that is definitely possible. Maybe they could do something in my city Ahmedabad. It is way behind even compared to other Indian cities.

The hindi idea is really great. It's a big decision, you'll really need to think about it. Do you have hindi classes near your locality?

If my group was to present. It is more likey to be in a bigger city were india's own autism oranzituon are so there is more people to reach. I wish we could we have a traveling group
to reach all the nicks and crany city's in India. We chould even reach yours. I can't say what will happen and were we would we present am not physic. But if we go to present in India. Rembember. I think I would been great at Indian education. Here in America it seem to more creative line with a mix of memory.

I would have to think about it more but it possible I will want to learn. But not in my city, I could be worng. I mostly I see language classes for spanish. There is not much indians in my city so wont easily find someone to teach me. Do you have any more ideas.

Oh Dhawal thank you for the kind words. If I had never talked to you. I would of still been bad at written communication.

No one would laugh in America over your written English. Would you believe most Americans especial around our age would have written the way you with the ( btw) thing.

You have a Nice name. Am wandering to my self were did I met someone with your last
name before. I am just wandering and it seems Dhawal is wandering too. Seeing that your name begins with a J. Do you like Sherlock homes :)

Something I was not putting much thought for a name. Lady ivy just came in my mind signing up for WP. I look back now i see I am a lady. And I like plants too. So I guess the name fits

Am not on any of his video except for an interview I did with him. But that interveiw is ok at least in my mind. You might like it. But all I said we have spoken together at colleges and conferences. I don't think they made a video on it.

His name is arman khodaei. You should be able type is name in YouTube and find his
videos.

I think Dhawal cleared it out on what the question I asked you.

I think from answers you gave me about when you relized you were autistic. I have been around a lot of people on the autism sprtium. Even though you are self diagnosed I believe you have autism. The same thing about Dhawal too. I believe he is really is autistic
too.

Actually Ahmedabad is the 7th biggest city in India, and more populous than any US city except New York.
It's an honour to think that we could be on the presenting panels, thank you!
How is thinking ahead a downfall? I also have great hope for the future :).

I usually slept for 8 hours, only on some days I went 9+. The studies problem was less about time management, and more about memory, ADHD and procrastination. I also have mild ADHD which make it difficult for me to understand written text.

I'll search the net and see what kind of solutions are there for learning hindi.

I guess then we all are helping each other in some way, right? Viva la Internet! :salut:

wow thats a huge from Ahmedabad population level. and the only US city that bigger then Ahmedabad is new york city. which means the other 3 higher population cites are higher then new york city am shocked but i sould not be. from what i last heard India has the 2nd highest popultion in the world.
Ahmedabad looks like nice city. i could be worng as i am looking at scenery pictures. but with a city that has that big of a population am surprise no one has tried to put an organizations there. even if people dont know about autism. besides you there is more likey to 1000's of autisitcs in your city. funny thing the 1000's of them dont relize they have a some form of autism.

my freind told me ADHD is possible may be a form of autism saprtium. I have a form of ADHD too. my mind is always on the run at full speed. i just think so fast i sometimes forget what someone wanted me to do like home chures or telling me to do something like calling for appointments. but i never forget anything about school, or things what interest me i have great memory of that . does this happen to you too. :?:

you are so cool 8) thanks so much. am hopeing i might be a good at understanding hindi someday.

in yes in a great way :D but pleasure is mine too. i know i told you already but this is a passion of mine. thanks for letting me in this autism project in India. i feel a connection with my ancestral lands from doing this project with you guys. if you have any quetions on what i can do to help my fellow autisitcs in India. dont be afraid to ask. 8)

Ahmedabad is the 7th largest city in India, not the 4th. It's like this -

1. Delhi (NCR) - 21,753,486
2. Mumbai Metropolitan Region - 20,748,395
3. Kolkata Metropolitan Area - 14,617,882
4. Chennai Metropolitan Area - 8,917,749
5. Bangalore - 8,728,906
New York - 8,175,133
6. Hyderabad - 7,749,334
7. Ahmedabad - 6,352,254

Ahmedabad has good economic progress and cultural values. But in terms of social awareness, people are like intentionally remaining backwards. People of the Gujarat state are known for their obsession for food and finance. It's like, they feel that other things are unimportant, so they are intentionally lazy about them.
Quote:

That's the reason that me, Jignesh, Sabu are so charged up about spreading awareness. People haven't even heard the word Autism. 1000s are suffering the way we did, and they have no way out. It's a tragedy. Someday I'll write about all the ways in which an aspie's life improves, after he finds out about aspergers. Maybe then people will see why awareness is important.

I don't know if I forget things because of ADHD, autism or just bad memory. ADHD affects me in different ways, maybe I'll make a seperate post about that too. That makes it 3 remaining posts :). I haven't searched much on hindi yet, but I came across a book by Richard Delacy called Elementary Hindi. You can google it to find out more.

Thanks, we'll ask you whenever we need help. Actually we do ask you when we need your help :). You shouldn't feel like an outsider now, you're one of us now ! !
