Why are you here? I have Asperger Syndrome and I get bored sometimes
When were you diagnosed? 6th December 2010
Favorite subjects: I hate all the A-levels I am doing, but I am going to do a degree in Archaeology, so that is my favourite subject I also love Maths

Favourite music: Anything good...
Books: I don't read much, but I like historically acurate biographies about historical figures
TV shows/Films: The vast majority of Keira Knightley films I love. But nothing beats DR WHO!
Instrument: I wish I could play an instrument but I cannot
Do you like sports? Not really, but I will watch World Cup football if England are playing and I like Olympic cycling
Family: I have 1 mum, 1 dad and I am the youngest of 3, my sister is 24 and my brother is 22 (strange, I thought he was 1 until now), plus I have a niece who is nearly 2, she is my sister daughter

Favorite music: I like many songs by several artists...from Mat Kearney to Lady Antebellum..One Republic to Taylor Swift...as well as 70's and 80's oldies..holiday and soundtracks. Not crazy about rap or metal
Books: mostly non-fiction, not surprisingly am currently dabbling in a couple books on AS. Have read stories from Steven King.
TV shows/Movies: Love "The Big Bang Theory", "Ghost Hunters", "Fact Or Faked", "Destination Truth", "Castle", NBC Nightly News and few others. Don't really have a favorite film
Instrument: Don't play any, though have toyed with the idea...i.e. a piano
Do you like sports? Yes, baseball, hockey and football.. am better being a spectator than a participant. Though I was ok at shooting hoops in my driveway..if that counts

Why are you here? Looking for support groups and people who have some understanding of the dfficulties that I face every day.
When were you diagnosed?(skip if you don't have a disorder): My first grade teacher was the first to notice that I had a learning disability and I was tested, prodded and poked for most of my school life, but remained undiagnosed and uncategorized. (You may or may not be able to understand how frustrating it is for someone who categorizes everything to be unable to categorize themself!) It was only this year that I decided to attempt a university degree and took a psychometric test to determine the nature of my problems, so that I might get some sort of consideration for exams. I have been given a preliminary diagnosis of AS. I will be receiving a formal assessment report in the coming weeks, and will update my status when I have confirmation.
Favorite subjects: Psychology; Philosophy; Lunguistics and Communication; and Maths is fun too, but gets a bit boring after a while.
Year/Grade: First year undergraduate uni student
Favorite music: Vivaldi; Bizet; Gorecki
Books: Where do I stop! Anything sci-fi/fantasy; modern and postmodern philosophy; some psychology; and anything to do with semiotics
TV shows/Movies: Don't watch much TV, but love movies that move you.
Instrument: Classical guitar
Do you like sports? I only like sports that require at least some technical knowledge, like SCUBA and rock climbing

Favorite music: Tool, Alice In Chains, Dio, Type O Negative, Nirvana, Pantera.... etc. Yes most of my favorite rockers are dead
Books: Anything with words, seriously.
TV shows/Movies: House MD, Undercover Boss, Law and Order, etc.
Instrument: Alto sax. (play) Guitar, Piano, etc. (listen)
Do you like sports? I used to skate competitively, as far as watching, I'm ok with most of them, but not really intense about it, except maybe Steelers football.
Family: I lub them!
Clothing: I'm pretty plain, jeans and t shirt kinda girl. In Florida, so flip flops are cool for footwear
