Still have my Frye boots. Glove leather inside them, feel good to this day. Least I think those are Fryes, been so long. Oh well still have me boots from them there days. My cowboy boots didn't make it through the test of time.

And I refused an order to do riot control. I sat on the side as they did it and jeered. You guys did good, who knows how many others would have died on both sides had they not heard the wake up call. Yeah I did a little on the outside world too, but did more from the inside. It was just the way the dice landed I guess.

Sorry to interrupt.

I am here.

I'm just not posting at the moment.

I must first finish a Bruckner Symphony.

Or two.

I hope you are still writing your book, Merle. Your stories are gripping. Trust you old mate PP to be taking the same action on the inside.

What was the boric acid for?

a weak sterile boric acid solution is marvelous for getting and keeping tear gas out of the eyes.

well. . .it is better than nothing, anyway.

and I am writing, I have no idea how to string the stories together, though.

Why string them? You could flashback them by topic (or tie them to a person in your life), or you could just group them roughly chronologically. No tie-together really necessary in a stream of consciousness narrative. They can jump and land wherever the flow works best....

I still haven't read your blog, Godwit, so I don't know if you wrote that or not. But is is very beautiful and if the fog lifts you will find love here on WP.

Talking about beautiful...I have only gone back over the party with a friend, laughing at all the antics and looking at the videos. and so I have just seen you, Chuck. You are so beautiful...beautiful on the inside and beautiful on the outside. You have a lovely expression on your face.

Thankyou so much for making it.

Robyn

I am reading a book by Margaret Atwood called Moral Disorder. The way she puts the book together is very interesting, linked much as Nan said. You will probably be very original in your approach, Merle, and must trust in you own creativity. After all you are aspie and unique, and you have a wonderful style. Just don't try any jokes.

The book has one central character and slowly reveals her life. I see more and more through aspie eyes and so get to a greater depth in what I see in the character. That's not explained very well but what can you expect from an NT...

Merle, sign me up for a copy of your book.I am really looking forward to reading it.Have you read "Running with Scissors".Might give you some idea on structuring your stories.(dont bother watching the movie, they missed half the writers humour).I only went to a few demostrations, dont even remember what they were about but mostly seemed people showed up to find out where the "after keg" was going to be.Did you ever try the Anarcist Cookbook recipes>Had friends making pipebombs and molatoves but never went with them to try them out.To busy chillin in my "robotussien fog".

godwit,I have many memories of walking in the fog at night.I lived in Duluth,on Lake Superior...we had some great fog(when it wasnt snowing). Before my folks kicked me out,I would wait until 2am,take off the window screen of second floor room, hop onto the top of their conventantly parked "Winnabago Warrior" and climb down the ladder.....not to go "party" but to walk the desserted streets, singing Queens "Rapsody", while I cried and felt sorry for myself......"mamma,I just killed a man,put a gun against his head ,pulled the trigger, now he's dead."

Good times

I have an abcess tooth.I am setting new records in root canals this year.maybe eating 80 cough drops a day is NOT a good idea?

Greetings, Krex. I don't believe we have exchanged posts, and if we have, I'm sorry but I have the memory of a rock.

I'm also sorry to read of your tooth problems. I know how painful that can be.

I never quote another without crediting the quote, so that is how you will know whether I am the author of anything I post.

And thanks for the compliment.

Did you know that one compliment is worth a thousand beratings?

They're very valuable.

So don't waste them.
