Welcome...a few gray hairs...so far "Garnier" has been covering them up though. LOL

I'll be 40 in Jan.

I got a few gray strands of hair after my third child was born, at age 30.

I'm 33, found first white scraggly hairs at top/crown of my head around age 30 (shortly before getting AS dx). I've regularly colored my hair for over a decade, but not often enough to miss spotting the gradually increasing ratio of white.
I'm both "young" & "old" in my behavior & priorities-it shows up in different areas of my life at different phases-I've always been contradictory & complicated, though.
Unfortunate that in our society people are often segregated by chronological age (external categories). Mental or emotional "maturity" level (however each person defines it) can unite individuals (leading to rewarding friendships) who seem unlike each other on the surface/to outward appearances.
