Starr,

It's funny that you mentioned cats and peacocks. My Siamese, Prince, has a meow that sounds like the voice of a peacock.

I tend to think that I don't have an obsession, but my tutor (who also specializes in the Autism Spectrum) says that my interest in Graphic Design is my obsession although it is not a strong as other teenagers obsessions.

I'd like to think my obsession is music, especially Australian Hip-Hop.

Finding that most AS ppl are obsessive with one subject, I felt like I absolutely didn't fit that, I'm the exact opposite. At some point before teenage years, I decided to try to have as many broad-reaching interests as possible. Now possibly I did this to make sure I WASN'T obsessive, cause I noticed how my Dad sorta was & hated it.

And it's not just cause I force it, I truly am interested in alot of things. Now typical of AS, I have too much knowledge and facts on the stuff I'm into, but I actually am much broader than normal ppl. The AS part seems to be 'how' I get into everything, which is to acquire mass knowledge on it, lol. I'm into so much stuff.. but as for a TV show, I think I'm close to being obsessed with Dawson's Creek. I was always into Sports before that and needed something to get more in touch with emotions. I hated Dawsons Creek initially, sappy teenage drama.. but it turns out I loved it, recorded it and I still rewatch the series once a year or so. Gives me a good outlet to get emotionally involved in something, since it's hard to in reality. I really love to feel strong emotions.. which makes AS even harder, cause it restricts that.

Anything and everything that has to do with comic books "Graphic novels", particularly Spider-man and Toxin, a superhero(!) that was spawned from Carnage and Venom

IGPX, Paranoia Agent, and Cyborg 009 were great anime...

The Twilight Zone, Heroes, and Lost are great shows (if you are willing to overlook the fact that about one-third of the money that goes to heroes is spent on "cheerleader blood")

I've read "V" and "Watchmen" and they were outstanding. I keep working on a storyline for a graphic novel so I can retire rich.

Currently, Nick Arcade on that Nick GAS station. Only comes on at 3 in the morning, but DVR solves that issue. If I don't get to see my episodes I get pretty annoyed.

I live and breathe ELO (Electric Light Orchestra) best band ever.I think im going crazy with it.Also when i start knitting, thats it i don't stop.I make small items because i dont have the patience for big projects. My current obsession is my hair and skincare.I spent a fortune on Avon.who knows what'll it be next. Whatever, i'll always treasure my ELO & Jeff Lynne stuff.
