It's impossible to answer that question, the data for the individual frames is based off data from previous frames, there are no discrete images.

I used to have a webcam (before the driver was removed from the linux kernel),
but I couldn't get more than 10 images per second from it. It seems that most
people have no problem to get much higher frame rates. Now, I understand that
the real frame rate might (does it really?) depend on the amount of change
per second, I don't think that kind of compression is used between webcam
and PC, is it? Oh well. Anyway, I thought that if you have less change, you
just get the same frame rate with more precision.
