I've been on here for four years already, but I might as well answer this questionnaire.

First name: Not really keen on answering, I'll just say Mightyzebra.

Age: 17

Location: UK.

Hobbies and Interests: History of Art, Biology, ICT, History, Art, Films, Animation, Reading, Writing, Poetry, ANIMALS and tonnes of other stuff.

Why are you here? I was diagnosed with low functioning autism when I was 2 years old and have over the years, with much help, managed to become more NT, but I am by no means completely normal (yet). I came on here because I wanted to talk to other people like me and so that I wouldn't feel quite so alone. I still enjoy posting stuff and reading other people's posts on here.

When were you diagnosed?(skip if you don't have a disorder): Low functioning autism, 2 years old.

Favorite subjects: Biology, ICT and History of Art and English Literature. If I were studying any other subject, I'd probably pick History.

Year/Grade: College, doing AS Levels.

Favorite music: Everything, pretty much, but Classical and heavy metal/rock in particular.

Books: Non-fiction: Animal books, fact books and any books that relate to what I'm studying.

TV shows/Movies: Pinky and the Brain, Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies, Forrest Gump, Northern Exposure and so much more.

Instrument: I don't play any instruments, but I do sing and my favourite instrument to listen to is probably a violin.

Do you like sports? Not particularly, I dislike a lot of the hype and racism that goes with sport. I do have to say I enjoy swimming and horse riding though.

Family: Brilliant mum, fantastic dad and wonderful brother. We also have two wovely dogs.

Clothing: Good clothes. I mainly wear shirts and jeans but I sometimes wear skirts and dresses.

How did you find this website? I found it by looking for online chat sites for people with Asperger's.

Job: None at the moment.

Plans for the future?
I hope to get a job that will mean I can help wildlife/the environment/animals, as they're my main passion.

Family: Parents divorced, I live alone in one of my dad's apartments. I have two brothers and three sisters, all younger, older of the brothers has diagnosed Aspergers.

How did you find this website? Recently I try to gather as much information about Aspergers and autism as possible; I found this website randomly on the internet.

Job: Student, + I help my dad with his project, now working as an administrator of some of his websites.

Plans for the future? Finish my studies and then don't know

Any comments? *I have no official diagnosis simply because when I was young and started to display characteristics of Aspergers, there were no organization focusing on autism in my country and there was little known about this phenomena even among professional psychologists. I self-diagnosed myself with Aspergers after I'd read Attwood's book about it and done an extensive research on the internet, finding out, that I have virtually all characteristics of Aspergers

I listen to a lot of rap nowadays, but I used to listen to nothing but rock and I still like some of it. I also like some music from the 60s.

Books:
I like a lot of young adult fiction and some biographies.

TV shows:
The Big Bang Theory, CSI:Miami, Fawlty Towers, The Vicar of Dibley, Dark Angel and a lot of cartoons and cooking shows.

Movies:
Mostly action. The Die Hard series is probably my favourite.

I used to play guitar but I wasn't very good at it, so quit.

I like to watch a little bit of the Formula One and Moto Grand Prix. Otherwise, no.
