Happy 400th page, everyone!

Postie, the Doctor you're thinking of was the fourth regeneration, played by Tom Baker. each of the Doctors has had his eccentricities in dress - Four had the long striped scarf. The current Doctor is Ten, played by David Tennant (his choice of dress involves a tight pinstriped two-piece suit with a skinny Eighties tie). He's a bit darker than most of the Doctors, because the Ninth Doctor had been forced to kill the rest of the Time Lords in an attempt to destroy the Daleks - and then found out it hadn't worked. He's been a little down about that ever since...

Godwit, it's hard for me to follow the debate, because you keep deleting your posts entire. I really am interested, though - would it help if I promise never to be offended by anything you type?

Baines was indeed possessed by the alien Family at that point, but on the other hand, he was a son-of-a-beeyotch when he was still human, too. Jenny was pretty blameless, but she was a servant at a boys' boarding school in 1913, so she can't have been too unfamiliar with the treatment - she was mostly afraid because of the whole "being inside an invisible alien spacecraft with a weird kid from the school" thing, I think.

Couldn't watch the clip, but mostly because that whole looping thing makes me want to tear my ears out.

Normaly he comes to eye level with all 4 paws off the floor. We had to wait for the The Wife to get her act together. My eyes would be, adjusting for my pointy head and measuring down, about 5 feet off the ground and that's just his puppy prance. He really is still a young dog, not filled out yet.

You do know we're going to hit 6000 posts sometime tonight. I'll make sure of it, trust me.

Huh? Does that mean we just jump by it and it doesn't count? I'm sooooo sorry. We're going to have a missing number now? I thought unmentionables were something else. Sheeeze Louise...who knew.

Hello everyone, and Happy Unnamed Page! :D What a huge puppy Postie! Don't teach him "fetch" - you'll never be able to leave the house. :) (Every time you try to leave, Swampblossom will say "fetch" and Ike will drag you back in). Cookies! Probably how we domesticated wolves. They'd still be roaming free, but the mighty cookie brought them down. :)

Oh! am I tired! ...my brain just wants sleep, so I'll leave the partying to you and return tomorrow when I'm making some sense. Will stick around a few minutes to see what you guys are writing. Will join in if I cn get my fingers to work... good to be with you good people all this time! :)
