Wouldn't we all need like two feet of personal space on all sides? It would have to be a mighty LLLOOONNNNGGG bus!

Well, just as an exercise in problem-solving... assume that we could all pick up and move somewhere, eventually. For example, when I retire I expect I'll look for a location with a lower cost-of-living. And fewer people (than the SF Bay Area, for example). With the internet, I'm less inclined to feel I need to be near a cultural "hub". So... 1) which hemisphere? 2) which country? 3) which region?

Maybe an Aspie franchise would be the way to go. Worldwide.

Preferably it should be a double-decker so we can pack all of our perseverations in the top for easy access while on the road. Okay, Krex, top this. An Aspie Road Trip. Who's in? I want the back seat all to myself.

Count me in! (I'll need a little lead time to arrange for time-off...) Can I bring my dogs? They like to travel.

Yes, dogs have to be allowed. My Pongo goes where I go!

I know where there's a bunch of 3 bedroom, 2 bath condos on the market in the same complex for only around $260,000.... you can all move in and we'll just make it Aspieland.

Parking is lousy, tho.

We could have a "special" bus. Bright red so they could see us coming and stay the hell out of our way. "The Aspies are coming! The Aspies are coming!"

That sounds like all these "garage-condos" and "McMansions" that are being built just south of York, PA. Less than
a 1/4 mile from the Rail-Trail. And yes we have bright red Rabbit Transit buses with
bike racks on the front end. Maybe we should turn the Rail-Trail into "Aspergistan".

Hi, Richie! Good to see you! And what is the cost of living in Pennsylvania?

HA!! I like it! CC, PostPaleo - that's near your neck-of-the-woods, yes? Maybe we can collectively take over a condo-development, make it the nascent capital of Aspergistan.

I like "Aspergistan"! !! :D Great name for a country! (Much better than Aspergerland, or Aspergermany, or Aspergerance).

Instead of taking over Condo-development why not buy a few of the Row-houses that are still in good condition for 1/3
the cost and recycle a few neighborhoods? Condo-development and suburban sprawl are ruining both the inner city and the
countryside here in Pennsylvania.

Suburban sprawl is a problem everywhere. And the reason why I would never live in the 'burbs. Recycling row houses is definitely the best way to go.

I like how you are thinking this thru richie.

Just so long as we don't have to keep the Pennsylvania name. I don't think I can spell that one, Transylvania is better. We could call it the city of Aspergistan, in the sub-state of Transylvania, formerly of the state of Penciltexsyanna.

Sounds good to me, though I don't have much experience with renovation, especially of old buildings... though wouldn't that put us in the vanguard of gentrification in these neighborhoods? I agree with you about the sprawl factor, particularly the placement of "starter mansions" on prime farmland.

I would offer my renovation skills freely! I love tearing things apart and re-doing them. There is so much talent here that it would never be a problem.

We could do an Aspie building renovation TV show to pay for everything! Like "This Old House".
I always thought "This Old Slum Shack" would be a good show. Maybe we could call ours
"Ain't no Bubbas in This Burg and We Ain't "Splainin' it Twice So Pay Attention You".

(Maybe I should thunk about this a little...)
Gotta go to bed ya'll. Been up since 2:00am. You know us country boys. Up before the chickens, in bed before the cows.
