Why are you here? It is a like-minded community, something that is comforting.

When were you diagnosed?(skip if you don't have a disorder): In process.

Favorite subjects: Natural Science, but pretty much anything but Math is my friend.

Year/Grade: High School Graduate + Some College

Favorite music: Classical, Techno, J-Pop, 80's, some Pop.

Books: Origami Design Secrets, Thinking in Pictures, WoW Novels, Tolkien's works, Harry Potter.

TV shows/Movies: Big Bang Theory, Eureka, Lots of Anime, Phenias and Ferb, 90's cartoons, Adventure Time, etc.

Instrument: Does the Ocarina count? I've played it a few times.

Do you like sports? I like Archery, Bowling, and Martial Arts.

Clothing: T-shirts, Shorts/Jeans, and a button-up, preferably one that is polyester and relates to my interests.

How did you find this website? My friend told me about it some years ago, coming back to it now to find some support.

Job: Library worker for 10 years.

Plans for the future? I'm not sure at this point, I'm not terribly ambitious in a broad spectrum.

I'm pretty sure I have, my grandfather was obsessed with pet fish and then chickens which he kept in his basement in Detroit before he moved, and my father can go on and on about cars including telling you what year/make a particular part came from (he has around 60 cars). Personally my main obsession is Origami and MMORPGs, and to a lesser extent the other hobbies/interests. I currently live in Kentucky.

Clothing: I dress well below my means and I am frequently judged for it, until people get to know me. My boss once told me that there are people who do very little in this world, but they are successful because of their appearance, and that I am the exact opposite.

Books: Iliad, Sense & Sensibility, Insomnia, Wuthering Heights, Frankenstein, Story of Edgar Sawtelle, too many to list! Prefer literary works, horror, fantasy, nonfiction.

TV shows/Movies: Grimm, Once Upon a Time, Amazing Race, Pride & Prejudice, LOTR, Harry Potter, again, too many to list. Love horror mostly, and sci-fi/fantasy.

Instrument: I play the violin, although I would not recommend actually listening to me play!

Why are you here? To understand more of who I am from people in similar undergoing similar situations, and thinking the same about ideas, and also the fact that it seems a very understanding community

When were you diagnosed?(skip if you don't have a disorder): I haven't been officially to this date, but I highly suspect it, getting 49 on AQ test, having an aspie score of 178 and a neurotypical score of 20 on the aspie quiz, and also taking other tests based around self-diagnostic, all saying the same thing; I am very likely to be some form of autism. I want to pursuit an official diagnostic as soon as I find out a way to tell my parents

Books: Not really found a book I'm interested in, and only finished a few. Quickly lose interest because it takes half an hour per page.
