Age: 15. And probably I'm one of the youngest members.

Location: Germany.

Hobbies and Interests: I'm interested in psychology, forensic science and art. Due to this I really like creating stories and drawing.

Why are you here?: Because I wanted to know other people with ASD.

When were you diagnosed?(skip if you don't have a disorder): When I was about seven or eight years old.

Favorite subjects: Definetely English. I don't like art in school at all because my of my teacher.

Year/Grade: 10.

Favorite music: Skillet, Marilyn Manson, Get Scared, Yashuharu Takanashi, Yiruma, Broken Iris, Mayday Parade, Flow, Three Days Grace, Madame Macabre and Danny Elfman.

Books: It, Pet Sematary, Skulduggery Pleasant, a few books from Simon Beckett. To be honest, I like every book I read.

TV shows/Movies: The Silence of The Lambs, Dr. House, Red Dragon, the movies of Studio Ghibli, Naruto/Naruto Shippuden, One Piece

Plans for the future?: I'd like to study psychology (probably forensic psychology) when I finished school but it'll last at least three years until I can get the chance.

5) I strongly suspect I have Asperger Syndrome and want to be around others who know what I'm talking about and going through, even if it's only online. I'm more comfortable online than off anyways.

6) No diagnosis as of yet, but I'm thinking about going through with it. I might be able to get some money from my government if I have an official diagnosis and I'm sure there's supports I can access, too.

7) History, real life mysteries and TV/movies.

Not currently in school, but I might be going to community college soon.

9) Country, Christian contemporary, pop, light rock, classical, Disney, Beach Boys, Elvis, some songs I hear during a movie. The growth of digital music has been fantastic for me as I like three songs from an album, at most. My tastes are very eclectic like that.

12) I was in band class in Grade 7 where I played the flute. Haven't touched an instrument in a serious, learning manner since.

13) I like playing individual sports (swimming, walking, bike riding. I wanted to try kayaking until finding out more sharks and octopuses than in years past were swimming in those same waters changed my mind in an awful hurry) more than team sports or watching them. But I do like the Olympics, summer especially, with the diving or swimming.

14) Mom, Dad and one of my older half brothers live in Alberta, about 700 miles away. The other half brother lives in Florida, probably 3000 miles away. I have my grandmother and some aunts no more than 2 hours away by car but we never visit unless Mom and Dad are here. So I see my church family more than my blood relatives.

15) I have a "uniform": t-shirt, jeans/capris, sneakers/sandals, sweater when it's cold out. I don't deviate much from that.

18) Going to community college and getting my diplomas in 3-5 year old childcare, another in infant/toddler and a third in special needs. It will take about 4 years to complete. I also want to get married, have kids of my own and homeschool them.

Why are you here? I'm curious to communicate and meet others on the spectrum like myself.

When were you diagnosed?(skip if you don't have a disorder): Was loosely diagnosed with classic autism as a child at age four by an Educational Psychologist, but it was never official. I got my official diagnosis as an adult back in May of this year after years of struggle to get to grips with who I was and why I was struggling with social situations, but found certain other things less stressful.

Favorite subjects: Music, History, Pop Culture

Year/Grade: N/A I left school years ago, but planning to return to college in order to study music officially.

Favorite music: Rock, Blues, Alternative Rock, Jazz and the odd country song if it is not about a pick up breaking down, a wife leaving or a dawg dying.

Why are you here? I'm looking for ways to become more outgoing and less guarded in regards to talking about my interests and feelings with others, also because I want to meet more people like me.

When were you diagnosed?(skip if you don't have a disorder): I was diagnosed when I was around 3 years old but I didn't find out I had asperger's until I was 11 years old.

Favorite subjects: Art, English, Film

Year/Grade: Currently in my first year of college right now

Favorite music: I like a lot of artists so I won't list them all here but my favorite genres are Alternative, Pop, Synthpop, Dancehall, Hip-Hop, Rock, J-Pop, K-Pop, and EDM (the more atmospheric kind of stuff like crystal castles and justice)

Books: I like comedies and books about different subjects

TV shows/Movies: A LOT. I have a lot of tv shows that I watch and need to catch up on but my favorite genres are usually sitcoms, dramedies, cooking shows, dramas, and the usual guilty pleasure lol. As for movies, I have a lot but some of my favorites are Heathers, Clueless, Star Wars (the original trilogy btw), Enchanted, Kiki's Delivery Service, Mulan, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, 21 Jump Street, and Scream are some of my favorite ones. For movies, I'll watch anything but my favorites have to be comedies or animated films.

Instrument: I used to play the recorder in 4th grade, does that count?

Do you like sports? I love soccer, bowling, and figure skating but other than that, I could care less.

Family: 2 younger siblings who are both on the spectrum, with my youngest being the most severe out of the three of us.

Clothing: Normcore, basically lol. I love anything vintage, cool, or anything that's comfortable though.
