Does it infuriate any one else that Kevin Sorbo's Hercules is based more on Thesseus one of Hercules' friends than Hercules and yet is still called Hercules?

Anachronism comes from my obsession with the gold rush era. I live in Colorado, and everywhere there are remnants of a very different time.

I do a lot of spelunking in old mines/railroad tunnels, etc, and often feel I was born in the wrong time.

My car and my favorite hobby collide...

Mine is simple, when I first learned about Asp the webpage I read called our kind Aspergian Mutants, I was taken back by how much I was like the descriptions described for the syndrome, it explained most of the problems I had most of my life and what caused them, from that point on I started joining forums using this name, I was surprised that no one else has used it yet on any forums that i have come acrossed.

For years I have been using the same nickname (my real name) across many other forums, but I thought I should have to do a different approach here in WP because of privacy issues. Hence, "Ebi" (Japanese for "shrimp")

And why "Ebi"?, well I can think of three reasons:

1) I was in a hurry to think up a different name.
2) I like short names.
3) I LOVE sushi!! ! :D
4) No, I'm not a talking shrimp.

Greetings!

I won't have much time to spend here with my studies, but thought I'd just mention mine; Big Snoopy was my 126th stuffed dog when I was 10. As to why this one, well, I've always been a big Peanuts fan, and since I was reading when I was 3, the Peanuts gang helped me a lot because I could copy them in social situations and not feel too awkward. I have very mild AS (if I have it - likely do a little.) And, Big Snoopy's one of the snoopies I remember for sure what number they are. (I remember perhaps 25 of their specific numbers, and 2/3 of the 150 names. It helps that I named quite a few Something Snoopy, Something Ruff (Dennis the Menace's dog) or Something Ginger (My aunt's dog who I "borrowed" just like Rerun borrows Snoopy to play with in the last few years of the comic.)

I like having a name that either comes from something or has some relevance to the forum. As I sign on to more forums, though, I find myself using more and more names, and it's getting tough to remember who I am sometimes! Hence the all-purpose name Zed Simon (yes, there'd be a space if the software allowed it). Zed, from the most prominent letter of my last name, and Simon, from one of my favorite childhood toys.

Which one? Simon Says light button game or Simon the dummy (ventriloquist doll) or Simon from the Three Chipmunks, Alvin, Simon, Theodore, or Simon from American Idol, or something else.

Wincing at the thought of Simon Cowell being anyone's toy, childhood or otherwise,

I think this aspie thing makes perception difficult sometimes. But thinking about it, that Simon the critic thing was pretty funny. Why wince instead of laugh? They probably do have a toy. I think I might have seen something like it.

The imagery of a "toy" Simon just brought up some thoughts that were..."utterly and completely awful." But I'm laughing now.

Chamoisee is a color pattern of the Apline or Oberhasli breeds of goats. The color pattern is so named after the chamois, a wild goat, which has the same markings; brown body with back dorsal stripe and facial and leg markings.

I raise dairy goats and relate to them strongly. In many ways their behavior is like mine...or perhaps they have rubbed off on me so much that I mirror them.

Thank you! No, Lily was a kid when I took that picture. Alpines usually weigh out at 125-200 pounds at maturity (does, that is. The bucks weigh more). YOu can see soem mature does and other color patterns on my website: wisdomsway.atypedigital.com

The site is lame right now and needs tons of work....
