Not exactly a phobia, but somewhat of a obsession:

When I eat chinese food and get fortune cookie, I eat as much as I can and have to clean up my plate and everything, then put away what remains, then sit down and unwrap the cookie. I throw away the plastic wrap it comes in, eat the cookie first (without looking at the fortune), and then read the fortune.
I then take the fortune and put it on my bulletin board.

That would be Arachibutyrophobia.

nilaphobia, fear of nothingness
being completely alone all the time
never being left alone
being judged by "normal" people
being controlled, especially when stupid subhumans are given authority
chaos
trash bags touching any of my skin other than my hands
overflowing toilets
feeling embarrassed I didn't really understand this feeling until just recently, and now I hate it.
being lost or stranded somewhere

fear of BEES - i think it's apiphobia
fear of GIANT FREAKIN' METEORS SMUSHING INTO EARTH AND CAUSING THE APOCALYPSE - i read somewhere that's called meteorophobia
fear of NEW FOODS - this is a huge, defining part of me. I have SED, selective eating disorder, google it. And no, it's not just being fussy, or looking for a "label"... though i guess most people here understand that :)
Heights, though I'm much better than I used to be
Fear of most bodily excretions, like urine, faeces, vomit, etc...
That's about it.

I have morbid fear of bees. I simply freeze and cannot speak or move for about a minute.

Mottephobia - Fear of Moths.

It has gotten to the point that if i see a moth, I will freeze-up and lose the ability to speak.

Didn't know there was a name for that until now. Thanks Brittany. :D
I sort of fear moths too. I'll sometimes freak out if one comes near me and will get obsessed with killing any that get in the house.

I blame it on Sesame Street and one of those old cartoons they showed a lot (incl. a moth that ate clothes). Inaccurate of course, since it's the moth larva that actually do damage to certain fabrics. Still, I've read about how many people were disturbed as children by images/sounds featured on Sesame Street and other kids shows like that. I can recall quite a few other examples myself.

Fear of operating big vehicles. Not as much anymore, but growing up on my dad's farm, I was put in some uncomfortable, even nerve-wrecking situations involving tractors. I'm OK now with some things like smaller forklifts & excavators, but I could never see myself driving a semi-truck on the open road or piloting an airplane. OK to ride, just not operate.

In my Air Force days, I did get to fly in a T-37 trainer (along with an experenced pilot) and take control of it for a little while. I did OK but preferred to just sit there and enjoy the experience while he did all the maneuvering.
